On a 500-acre estate, surrounded by lush emerald valleys, salmon-stocked rivers, and gentle hills, this 18th-century georgian country residence offers luxurious, graceful accommodation and brill cuisine.
In the heart of north county cork, looking out over the valley from the hillside, longueville residence is ritzy in historic character and traditional charm. The gorgeous countryside and the quiet grounds are perfect for long walks and some of the region's world-class golf courses are within easy reach.
The spacious and graceful rooms are tastefully decorated in a country-house style and attribute ultramodern en suite bathrooms, with shaggy cotton towels and good-pressure hot water.
The presidents restaurant is at the heart of longueville and the hotel's head chef trained under raymond blanc (le manoir aux quat'saisons). The fine food is made using produce from the estate and the two-acre walled garden. Guest can also dine in the brill victorian conservatory, with its original ironwork.
